C. LAMAR MYERS

Principal - Head of Multifamily Business Development

During Lamar’s 15 years career in commercial real estate (“CRE”), he has advised on multifamily debt transaction in excess of $650 million, has managed loan and facility structuring of over $900 million, securitized several billion in CRE and oversaw workouts on over $400 million in non-stabilized CRE.


Prior to Toorak, Lamar managed northeast region’s Production & Sales Small Balance Loans program at Freddie Mac. Before Freddie, Lamar was a Director at NYC's Department of Housing Preservation & Development (“HPD”), where he ran a multifamily development program. Prior to HPD, Lamar was a VP within the Structured Lending & Investing group at Citigroup Preceding Citigroup Lamar was a Manager at Alvarez & Marsal where he worked on the Lehman Brother’s bankruptcy.


Lamar holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
