Eric Dyner is Head of Strategy at Toorak Capital Partners, where he oversees the company’s overall strategic initiatives. Before joining Toorak, Mr. Dyner served as Head of Strategy & Merger Integration Lead for Retail Lending at PNC, where he headed the $25 billion BBVA USA lending integration, supervised loss mitigation efforts during COVID, and oversaw the launch of two all-digital products in partnership with fintech firms. Prior to PNC, Mr. Dyner held multiple leadership roles at Unicredit in Milan, spanning strategy, digital, and first-line credit risk. He began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and Oliver Wyman in various roles.

Mr. Dyner graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School, and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He then graduated with Honors with an MBA from INSEAD in France.
