Aleksandra Simanovsky is Principal – Capital Markets & Strategy at Toorak Capital Partners, focused on the company’s growth initiatives, securitization program and marketing efforts. Ms. Simanovsky has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate and residential real estate loan sectors. Before joining Toorak, she spent four years as a Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group, where she led the new issuance of over $40 billion in commercial real estate backed securitization deals.

Ms. Simanovsky began her career as a credit analyst at Moody’s Investors Service, where she worked in the residential mortgage-backed, asset-backed, and commercial mortgage-backed securitization groups, as well as underwrote real estate loans and modeled cashflows. She also authored, presented, and published credit opinions, research and methodologies, and her research has been cited in Bloomberg/Businessweek, CNBC, HousingWire and Washington Post.

Ms. Simanovsky graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in finance from Pace University.
