Hanna Gottlieb is Principal – Loan Acquisitions at Toorak Capital Partners, where she leads the loan acquisition team in operations and credit risk management. Ms. Gottlieb has over 28 years of experience in residential lending including underwriting, due diligence, securitization, auditing, servicing, and operations management. Prior to joining Toorak, she served as Vice President of Credit and Operations at Verus Mortgage Capital, a role she also held at Window Rock Capital and WinWater Home Mortgage. Additionally, Ms. Gottlieb has held positions in credit and operations at Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Franklin Credit Management, and Equity Now.

Ms. Gottlieb attended Excelsior University and has an AA in Judaic Studies from Beth Chaya Mushka Seminary.
